2026 Baby Gray Whale Adventures in Baja

The gray whales are migrating again.

They travel 6,000 miles to the lagoons where they give birth and mate. The baby season runs February 1–March 30, with peak encounters February 14–28. Every week is magical; I once had a four-hour play session with a baby whale in April, long after others said the whales had gone.

I’ve spent every season here since 2020, guiding groups (from one to thirty people at a time). Each visit is unique. The whales know who you are and respond to your energy with generosity and joy. Kids of all ages VERY welcome! This is a galactic activation. Get ready for big energy and lots of love.

Why Guerrero Negro

Among the three main birthing lagoons, Guerrero Negro, San Ignacio, and Magdalena Bay, Guerrero Negro has the most whales and the fewest visitors. It’s part of a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve,

This small fishing village has become like family to me: captains, restaurateurs, and hoteliers who lovingly care for guests and whales alike. I have been doing this for years and have cultivated relationships with the most amazing humans in Baja who really take care of us. Please honor them for what they do for these whales and the land.

The site includes the world’s largest salt mine with solar-evaporation ponds. As part of your adventure you also get to soak in natural magnesium pools which is great for detoxifying your body and releasing tension. It’s like a float tank supporting your whole body. Cooler than a pool, but not a cold plunge.

Connect to the Whales in the womb of Mother Nature

Experience the majesty and healing power of the whales in their most sacred breeding and birthing grounds in Guerrero Negro Mexico.

Who This Is For:

  • You want to be around high-vibe people who are supportive, playful, emotionally intelligent, and the kind of humans who will hype you up, make you laugh until you cry, and still hold you with depth when something sacred cracks open.

  • You’re open to the mystical: meditation, intuition, energy, and the possibility that the whales bring a frequency that can unlock something in you.

  • You love adventure and you don’t need this to be five-star luxury to be life-changing. You want rare, real, wild, and unforgettable.

  • You’re the kind of person who understands that healing doesn’t always come from pushing harder. Sometimes healing comes from being in the presence of something so vast and so alive… it rearranges you.

This experience is not for you if you need everything to be polished, controlled, and predictable. This is an expedition. A pilgrimage. A SoulQuest.
